The Ncube Story:
Born in Bulawayo, Built for the World
Ncube Consults began with a singular observation by our founder, Mbuyiseli Ncube: Zimbabwe possesses an incredible wealth of intellectual talent, yet our built environment was waiting for a modern revolution. Formally opening our doors in 2023, we emerged not just as a consultancy, but as a response to the need for precision, innovation, and local pride in civil and structural engineering.
“To be the undisputed world leader in the field of civil and structural engineering.”
This isn’t just a sentence on a wall; it’s our north star. A vision this bold requires more than just “business as usual.” It demands a culture of Continuous Evolution.
- Setting the Standard: We don’t wait for international codes to change; we stay ahead of the curve, integrating the latest research into our daily practice.
- Personal Growth: We believe that to build the best structures, we must first build the best versions of ourselves. Every member of our team is on a journey of constant learning and refinement.
We respect the timeless principles of engineering—physics doesn’t change—but we embrace the tools that allow us to master it. By bridging the gap between traditional excellence and modern digital innovation (BIM), we deliver results that are:
- Technically Flawless
- Economically Viable
- Future-Ready
We believe that “Brain Drain” shouldn’t be the default for Zimbabwean talent. One of our primary drivers is to create a Safe Haven for Excellence—a nurturing environment where young, ambitious engineers can find world-class challenges right here at home.
Empowering Youth: We provide a space where the next generation of engineers can thrive, innovate, and lead.
National Pride: We are inspired by the resilience of our country. Every bridge, building, and road we design is a brick in the wall of a more prosperous Zimbabwe.
Meaningful Employment: We don’t just hire staff; we cultivate leaders who are as passionate about our nation’s progress as they are about structural integrity.
